Theatre has always been a very important part of my life, from my childhood on (folk singing contests, poem and prose performing contests, contests on proper pronunciation). In my high school years, I was attending the musical studio of László Csányi and Valéria Botka. I studied the piano for six years, and now, as a grown-up, I am getting acquainted with other musical instruments (guitar, flute, saxophone). After graduation, I was admitted to the theatre school of Mária Gór Nagy, and got in the class of Kati Zsurzs. During my theatre school years and later I had the opportunity to work with actors such as Kati Zsurzs, Judit Miklós, Ildikó Keresztes, Enikő Détár, Péter Kálloy Molnár, Tibor Pintér, Pál Makrai, Pál Feke, Tamás Gyöngyösi, György Szomor, Sándor Várfi. As a singer, I performed in several stage shows in Hungary and abroad: “A szépség és a szörnyeteg” (The Beauty and the Beast), “Aida”, Pál Feke concert).

Levente Csordás

When Péter Kun (later Edda band member) joind the band, it transformed and took the name Sing Sing. After several tours, in the time of preparing for their first recorded album, Levente left the country and went to the USA. There he got to know the Glam Rock style, played in even more bands, mostly on the West Coast. After seven years, on what started to be a short visit to Hungary, he founded a new band (the Slam) and recorded an album, published by EMI (“Kapuk előtt”), featuring the hit “Szívemből szól ez a dal”, played by all radio stations. After that, Levente joined the band Shy Guys, the first pop band of his life. This group catapulted to fame in a speed unseen before in Hungary. Just after the year 2000, he left the group, having played in several bands since than in Hungary and abroad. Additionally, he has been composing with Hungarian and English lyrics for different performers.

Nguyen Thanh Hien was born in Budapest as the third child of Vietnamese parents. At the age of six she and her family moved to Sopron, where besides primary school Hien has studied piano for 6 and violin for 7 years. Her biggest model was Vanessa Mae, that is why playing the violin got more important to her than the piano. She was playing the violin solo on several concerts accompanied by the Sopron Symphonic Orchestra.

Singing has always been a part of her life, she can start singing practically anywhere, in any mood. Ever since the television talent show she takes learning how to sing really serious. Her singing teacher, Sándor Csík she met at the talent show Megasztár, and has been studying with him ever since. With her family, she moved back to Budapest in 2009. Studying to become a singer and performer has always meant a lot to her.

István Tabáni

He was born 22. 01. 1978 in Budapest. He was drawn towards the art of painting from his childhood on, and this did not remain unnoticed by the people around him. So after finishing elementary school, there was no question about his career choice to express his abilities.
He was attending a specialized secondary school for graphics and painting arts. Majority of his works are portraits and landscapes.

He applied for the Hungarian University of Fine Arts several times, but had to give it up after the fifth unsuccessful try. He drew back a bit from the world because of the repeated refusals, but arts remained an important part of his life, he took a position in the Museum for Applied Arts as a guard. Soon he realised he should search for other ways to express his feelings.

As arts mean the life for him, he turned to an other field of it: singing. István never actually studied singing from a teacher, was self-educated in singing but thinks his best mentor was his model, Freddy Mercury. He educated his voice by singing the singer’s and his band’s hits, showing his talent off first for his family, later for his friends as well.
Those were the people who encouraged him to take part in the television talent search show “Csillag születik”, which he won.

The song he performed captured his audience, whom voted him for the Voice of the Year in 2009. Besides Queen hits in his repertoire you find Hungarian performers’ hits such as songs of Péter Máté, Ferenc Demjén as well.
